Please keep in mind, we are not tool designers. However, much like yourself, we are enthusiasts of these awesome cars and look for ways to keep them preserved. This "Jack Puck" is designed specifically to avoid senseless damage to your vehicle while also giving you a very safe way to raise it. The added benefit is that you can get even the lowest Z, off the ground quickly and easily with the use of the "Jack Puck" and a low profile jack. Far too often we see our once prestine clients' cars return after a tire service or some other simple service that has resulted in a damaged rocker panel seam, or even worse, a bent frame rail due to improper jacking. Well, if this is a concern of yours, or you would just like a much easier and "safer" way to raise your vehicle off the ground then look no further. We have gotten these made as cheap as possible for you while keeping the work on our shores. Buy a pair and keep them in your car just in case. We're now making reproduction grilles for the Fairlady Z.Please note, this is an upgraded design and not identical to the original piece.The original piece is made from very thin gauge stamped steel with a thin gauge screen. It's very flimsy and tends to bend easily.Our version is made with a boxed steel frame and heavier gauge tighter mesh design to keep the bugs out of the intercooler or radiator.It looks very similar to the original as seen in our comparison pictures.The pictures are of the raw product. Coilover set for the S30 chassis (240z, 260z, 280z) for all 4 corners with weldable strut insterts and camber plates. We are utilizing Powertrix' setup designed for the 300zx twin turbo chassis and retrofitted them to work with the S30. ...After initial testing on Simtec Motorsports' personal 240z this suspension layout has proven very effective in track conditons as well as comfortable for street driving with a softer setting. The shocks feature an INVERTED monotube setup with 15 way adjustability. Since they were designed for a chassis 1000 pounds heavier, durability will be a non issue. However, a warrantee will be offered on workmanship and these ARE rebuildable if they do eventually wear out so you will never need another coilover kit again. (Please note, these are not your cheap ebay inexpensive units, and attention to build quality is top priority for us). These are the best bang for your buck as far as what is currently offered.They feature an Independent Ride height and spring preload adjustment. Rebuild able or Replaceable Premium MONO-tube forged steel Strut body. Anti corrosive Zinc plated dampener housing. Polymer plastic injected dust boots. This is a very effective modification and acts as an ACTUAL brace stiffening the rear chassis of the Z car. Its superior in design to the Typical inexpensive (hinged braces that bolt together) that serve more of a cosmetic purpose then an actual performance one. These cars are now over 40 years old and with suspension upgrades (i.e. stiffer shocks and springs) it will only be a matter of time until the chassis starts popping the old spot welds and compromising the integrity of the monocoque design. This bar installs fairly easily and will give you a NOTICABLE difference in chassis strengthening. Not only will this strengthen the chassis and reduce flex between the rear towers, it also gives you a sturdy mounting location for a Camera Mount. The O.D. of the Bar is 1.5".
